Bundesrat billigt Arzneimittelform

Der Bundesrat hat am 16.12.2016 die Reform des Arzneimittelrechts gebilligt. Diese Reform sieht neben Verbesserungen bei der Arzneimittelsicherheit unter anderem auch die umstrittene Möglichkeit vor, Arzneimittelstudien an Demenzkranken vorzunehmen. Damit sind künftig auch Studien an Demenzkranken erlaubt, die den Probanden selbst keine Vorteile bringen, aber wohl der Allgemeinheit helfen sollen. Mit der Reform wird eine EU-Verordnung umgesetzt.
