2017 hatte die Große Koalition im Rahmen einer größeren Reform des Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetzes (AÜG) eingeführt, dass der Entleiher Leiharbeitskräfte nicht auf bestreikten Arbeitsplätzen tätig werden lassen darf, wenn sein Betrieb unmittelbar durch einen Arbeitskampf betroffen ist. Nach Verfassungsbeschwerde eines Arbeitgebers hat das Bundesverfassungsgericht das Streikbruch-Verbot jetzt am 06.08.2020 bestätigt. Bei Verstößen droht ein hohes Bußgeld von bis zu 500.000,00 Euro.
