Beim Verkauf von Waren an Verbraucher treffen Verkäufer ab dem 1. Januar 2022 auf zahlreiche neue Pflichten. Neben neuen Regeln bei Gewährleistungsfristen kommen auf die Handelsbetriebe eine Verschärfung der Beweislast sowie eine neue Aktualisierungspflicht zu. Die MMV-Rechtsanwälte Klemens M.
